At Scarlett Spark, we are committed to delivering high-quality lighting solutions and a smooth shopping experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent. This policy applies to all chandelier and lighting orders shipped within the United Kingdom and United States.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty lighting products provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, protective materials, manuals, and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase may be required for validation

Due to the fragile nature of lighting fixtures, items that show signs of installation, electrical modification, damage, or missing packaging components may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive clear return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • Returns must be sent via post only

Please note that we do not currently offer in-store returns, courier pickup, or drop-off return options.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free of charge for approved returns
  • No restocking or handling fees are applied
  • Scarlett Spark covers all approved return shipping costs

We aim to ensure that returning a lighting product is as hassle-free as possible.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or model:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • The original item must meet our return condition requirements
  • Replacement availability is subject to stock levels

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed

All refunds are issued in GBP (British Pounds). If your payment was made in another currency, conversion rates or additional bank fees may apply and are determined by your payment provider.
