1. Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) will enter processing on the same business day
  • Orders submitted after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or during UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day

All orders are subject to verification and availability prior to dispatch.

2. Preparation & Handling Time

After an order is placed, it requires time to be verified, quality-checked, securely packed, and prepared for shipment.

  • Standard handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Handling does not occur on weekends or public holidays

Due to the fragile nature of lighting fixtures and chandeliers, additional protective packaging may be applied to ensure safe transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom and United States using reliable courier services.

  • Estimated delivery transit time: 4–10 business days
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only

Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, regional delivery areas, weather conditions, or public holiday schedules.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

By combining handling and transit time, most orders arrive within:

5–13 business days from the date of purchase

While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is provided on all UK orders
  • No minimum spend is required
  • No additional delivery charges will be added at checkout

6. Currency & Payment Information

All orders and shipping services are billed in GBP (British Pounds).

If your payment is processed in another currency, your financial institution may apply conversion rates or transaction fees, which are not determined by Scarlett Spark.
